Never played it once. I don't ever want to try it because it's supposedly the addictive video game personification of both cancer and the black plague combined, and I tend to not let things go once I get hooked.

It looks pretty gay though so I think I'd be fine. The idea of paying monthly to play a video game seems a little out there to me, too.

As a player of WoW since July of 2005 who just last week canceled my subscription, I can say you just a made a big ol' mistake. This game consumes....everything.

it consumes everything if you let it. i have been playing MMOs on and off for probably 6-7 years (first MMO i played for 5 years straight and yes, that did take over my life) but when i started playing WoW, you will find points of complete boredom that make you not want to play at all.

I played since beta. The game is awesome, but I dont have 6 hours a day to raid anymore. I log on now and then and play a bit. I'm waiting for an mmo to come out that doesn't have a time intensive end game.

I was so late getting on the bandwagon.

I just started playing WOW a few months ago.

It was interesting for a few weeks, but I haven't played at all lately.

It gets old very fast.

I've played much better RPGs.

Ive played since beta as well. I have all the best pvp gear you can get. I have all the best Trinkets, Enchants, Gems and mounts. I also have 30 pounds of fucking fat on me because the god damn game is more addictive than any drug ive ever tried. I know this because i stopped doing drugs and drinking for a long time so i could focus on WOW more.

I thought that was a good thing. ITS NOT! Talk about the loss of any other intrest i have ever had. My friends finally gave up on trying to get me off the computer. I would sit in a major city and just talk to other players when i had nothing else going on. Talk about a big waist of my fucking life. I can't belive my wife didn't leave me. She tried to get me out and go drinking with her and i wouldnt get off my fat ass.

She even tried getting me interrested in smoking weed again, that didn't even work. Every player i have ever known is stuck in that damn game. They are to entranced with the thing, that you know they have no real lives either. You can't just casually play that game, you get sucked in and never have drive to do anything else. It is the worst addiction i have ever had. I couldn't sleep because of it. Every thought i had throughout my day was of that god forsaken game. I didn't even care to get laid anymore.

I hate The World of Warcraft. But i STILL want to fucking play. It is horrible. This is funny and sad at the same time. I would suggest to you that you NOT start. Most people that start playing can't stop. Everyone im friends with in the game can't log off for the life of them. I hooked my wife into it for awhile, now neither of us have any friends. I will never play that game again.

WORST ADDICTION EVER. It should come with a fucking WARNING label.

Dude i have time during the evenings if you want to quest together.

I play on both low pop and high pop servers. Hit me up with a PM whenever you're ready man. I work 40+ hours a week and still have time for the game. I still go and hang out with my friends. It def doesn't rule my life. Everyone here is so jaded towards it. I say try it out.. If you like it then whatever.. If you don't then cancel the subscription. Easy as pie.
