how can you watch this without falling in love with this guy.

Very helpful.  Everything we perceive is already in our mind.  We create it.  We put our gloss on it.  My evil contracts teacher is me making a story about an evil contracts teacher, a character in my dream.  And I am a character in his.

This is very useful, and its tying in great with the Wei Wu Wei I've been struggling to integrate. 

But the best lesson I get from this guy is to try and smile all the time :smile:

Good. Now when an unwholesome state in you arises, recognize it, understand it, and if you're not smiling, go back to smiling. This is actually a meditation technique. If you do this along with metta meditation, heh I think you would get some good results very quickly.

The key is to understand, quickly and with clarity, what mental state you are experiencing in the moment at all times.
