You don't have to have any kind of orgasms. You can just play until you are close and then calm down. I do this myself.

Not everyone has your experience on psychedelics.

indeed i know, not everyone has some sort of bizarre kundalini uprising from these methods, that was my point (even though i suppose tantra is deliberately raising the kundalini by purpose, if so what is taking a psychedelic if not similar?)

do you find that enjoyable?

that sounds like what i do basically but i find it creates strong orgasms more or less, but i need to regain more potency (horniness) before i do it if i want good results.

Good for what? Daily ejaculation reduces your chance of getting prostate cancer, by a large factor. If you are trying to make a baby on the other hand, you should ejaculate only when and where chances are good for conception. Then after the baby is born, you can go back to ejaculating daily.

Well, I'm one of these guys... Not actually insane but with a great daily suffering in the head due the pressure.

I did start using the muscle for retention of ejaculation since I was a teen, instinctively.

Along the years it developed into a full condition of imparment due general health problems, intense fatigue and, of course, the pain due the pressure in the head.

And the pressure remains there. I'm seeking some solution for this. Medics say this is actually impossible and dismiss my situation as invention, but I think they don't know nothing about Taoism or the Sushumma channel and the flow of prana.

Are there any solution for this situation? This is the first place where I'm seeing people at least able to recognize the causes and the symptoms of my ill.

Actually I don't know how to release that pressure. Is that possible?

I'm not making retention anymore (currently for two years, when I thought that could be the cause of the problem), but nothing happens.
