yes, although the lemon juice may not have been quite at room temperature so there could have been a possible flaw there. im not sure exactly about that. the lemon juice cannot be cold? and does it matter if squeezed from an actual lemon or not?

yeah, it may not have been room temperature. it was probably a bit colder than that as i used a lemon from the fridge. i didnt use it immediately out of the fridge so it had time to warm as well as sitting with the mix of shrooms at room temperature... but when i drank the concoction the juice was not warm, it was cold... so... maybe that was the problem.

I can't believe I just read thru soo many posts. Definitely spent 2 solid hours on this thread. My 1st experience with shrooms wasn't a good one and very frustrating, but I'm willing to give THIS method a shot this weekend, even tho I only have a single trip under my belt.

I'll grind up 2 grams and soak it in freshly squeezed lemon juice @ room temp for 15 mins, down it and go in the back yard and basically be outdoors. It'll be a completely different setting and intake method than last time. I have no expectations so there should be no placebo effect. A trip report to follow.

im a bit confused as to when people say it doesnt work. do they mean they get no effects at all or that there was no intensification?

Same batch of material, same dose as a week prior ( a large dose - I don't play around). Week prior took dried material and made tea. Strong experience, relatively short lived. Two days ago, same dried material rehydrated and added juice of one whole lemon. Absolutely past stage five for over 4 hours and up there with the most intense experiences I have ever had. Staggering, mind bending, beautiful, and absolutely unexpected difference. Onset from baseline to full experience in ten minutes. Lots of body balance issues which is very unusual for me. Fell asleep despite still having four dimensional patterns everywhere. Could not read clocks, could barely see TV screen from the heavy patterning. I'm not going to swear by this until it is repeated, but this seems like something really truly phenomenal. I don't post much here, but keep up to date and lurk as I have for just about as long as this site has existed and I am no amateur here. I have had probably 5-10 experiences this powerful ever and its hard to even discriminate between them at this level but of the many many other great plus 5 experiences, these few stand apart. Three on wilds, one on a different species (which is almost always a plus 5) and this one. Will repost if there is a repeat using lemon juice next time.

Glad to see this back on the active forums and not in the FAQ's. After all this time, the vast majority of people that I have tried it that I know personally say it works great. There have been a few that it didn't seem to work for, but not many. For me, there is still no comparison. I have tried teas and eating them in the last year, along with lemon every once in a while. Lemon always kicks it up an extra notch for me. It's cool to see new people trying it and adding to the experience pool. Keep it up.

I had about 3.5grms, took 2 and felt pretty good

the next weekend I took the last 1.5 (stems no caps) roughly ground and mixed with lime juice and got a lot more from them than the 2grms.

other factors, I was with my wife (not tripping) on the first trip and alone for the second.

tripped with 5g no lemon juice and had a pretty rough ride,a month later i took 3g same batch with 5 shots of off the counter lemon juice and tripped my tits off.

was very surprised

Id say it works

Oh yeah, I recently experimented with the Lemon Juice+Shrooms.

The day before I downed a 1 Gram tincture, I had tripped on 3 hits of pretty good acid (not amazing).

I was expecting nothing (based off tryptamine cross tolerance)

I went on a two hour, noticably light trip, though.

It def. works.

all i gotta say is.. if it didn't work out for you, you did something wrong. Every single time i've used the method, i've had a mind blowing expierence.

Matter of fact, i don't want to do it again with this method because it's just to much.

I ground up 1 grams of P. cubensis, and mixed it into the juice of one whole lemon, room temperature. There was no change in color. After 10 minutes I drank it all, with one gulp, like a shot. 35 minutes after that it was obvious that it doesn't do more than I'd expect from 1 gram. So I ate one more gram. That's 2 grams all together. The effects were what I'd expect from 2 grams. Nothing special.

Well, I found this thread through "the biggest thread." I figured i'd try it out. I just ate a shroom bar..Only had about 1 gram in it. But I drank some juice after it. I'm hoping I feel something different.
