Adderall binge

I recently picked up a bunch of adderall and I went on a 3 day binge with it, eating and snorting probably somewhere around 150 - 200 mg over 3 days. Probably not one of the smartest things I've ever done. Now I've felt like complete shit for the last 2 days and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. I'm extremely tired, depressed and I've had a really bad headache since I stopped binging. How long can I expect this to last? Could I have caused some permanent damage to my brain? Anything I can do to speed up recovery?

Eat well and drink a good amount of water & try to get some sleep, should be over in 1-2 more days.

Hmmmm Aderall, Dexedrine... even meth... my favorites during college. I'll never do them again because of how BAD a felt after a binch... more mentally than physically.

Your brain is just exhausted. I would recommend staying OFF of uppers altogether. You'll be fine after a few days. Just take care of your body and keep your mind occupied with a hobby or even TV or SOMETHING.

Uhhg I hate that feeling man...I feel you. If I have opiates at hand I will usually get opiated to overcome the shittyness. But eventually, you will go back to normal. Just remember the shitty after effects before you take it next time. For a while I had a hard time remembering that part, and just remembered the awesome rush at the beginning.

Amen to that. Make sure you remember the shitty effects even when you're doing your first "ahhh I'll just do this one line" line.... because there will always be a second.... then a third...
