errection issues :/

so, here goes.

i am a healthy mid twenty male who does a lot of sport, both cardio wise aswell as strength wise and
have been experiencing issues with being able to sexually perform for quite some while now.

i can "get it up" but as soon as its time to actually fuck, wow i often experience rapid loss of errection.

it also occurs if i got a "raging hardon" and after 10 mins fucking it can go down,
often the girl can get it back up but often also it stays soft, putting a FUCKING HUGE DENT INTO MY EGO
(which doesnt make anything better anyway aswell..)

i have a history of hefty alcohol abuse, if i write such a post it would be wise to add this i guess..

btw, same shit happens if i wanna rub one out on my own sometimes.. not that often though ..

morning boners ? no idea when i had them last time.

Look at your diet.
Eat LOTS of fish any fish ti don't matter just eat fish everyday if you can I know I do :smile:
Just really look at your diet...Are you drinking any of those booster fucking enegery drinks?? Monstershit? or redbullshit? those thing's are deadly.

Do you drink those work out drinks? before you play sports and shit?
Do you smoke? If Yes- Do you light your cig's with matches ?

matches are worse then Butane Lighter's.


Mainly look at what your putting into your body food and liquids and what not try to keep it natural and stay away from coffee.
STAY AWAY FROM THOSE ENERGY DRINKS.

Mind set is half the battle in bed. Erection's and sexual stamina are half to do with the mind as much as the body...If your thinking about it ?? I duno lol

I know diet is a huge thing tho.

Alcohol would effect it I think if it was recent but if it was a history ago lol I don't think it be messing up right now Alcohol makes your blood thinner much easier for it to "flow".

For serious: could be medical issues, see a doctor.

diet high in protein, i have to perform sportwise or atleast tell myself to do so and i know diet is key, it is in check.

might really see my urologist meh ..

just had anotherone of these moments literally an hour or two ago,
sex - little pause - loss of errection - unable to get it back up to continue.

I went through a phase in my late twenties of finding sex repulsive, I think in this age of contraception, sex has been taken away from its procreative meaning to fulfilling every iota of needing someone close.  I agree with Doc_T, see a medical professional.

I don't want to be overly dramatic, but this could be anything from prostate trouble to circulation issues.
Throw a clot = tissue death. Could lead to necrosis or worse.

Or it could totally be nothing at all.
Go get checked.

Sure, go see a doctor and get healthier. But I'd bet serious money that this is in your head. When you CAN get an erection but lose it in certain circumstances, that's psychological. Especially since you mentioned a) losing it right when it's time to fuck; b) a blow to your ego. Investigate whether you have underlying issues around sex, probably either feeling unworthy or feeling that it's shameful (hint: these will be deep in the body, NOT in your conscious mind). That will couple with a negative feedback loop since you're now worrying about performance. There are a TON of learning resources on this, but you have to go looking for them.

I'd personally see a doctor but it's probably psychological even when your masturbating because your constantly thinking it's going to happen.

I have a strict diet usually but when it comes to December I pig out, basically, eat and drink anything I want because my birthday is at the start of the month and then Christmas/New Year at the end of the month and it's a perfect time to get all temptations out of the way and make yourself get bored of junk food and seriously.... if anything, energy drinks get me even more horny (like, constantly) than I already am and the junk I eat has no adverse effects. Maybe because I only eat crap for short periods of time....

I would talk to a doctor.  The problem could stem from damage done to your body by alcohol/drug abuse (weakened heart, for example) or it could be completely psychological, or even a mix of the two.

I hear yeah there usally round this time i pig out my self on junk food and other thing's :rocket: but not all year round.
But those energy drinks are so bad...The stuff that's in them is not in any way near "Natural" caffine in high amounts is really bad for your heart.

And I have had 2 or 3 friends who drank this stuff daily once twice a day those big 750Ml cans and ended up having Kidney stones...I've had a friend drink to much Tim hortons coffee and have to go for an operation because of the size of his kidney stone. Tis bad shit man.

Bananas don't raise testosterone significantly. Only in trace amounts and even if it did it still my not fix fix erectile dysfunction issues. That is complete bullshit.
