One way to help you is to edge.

Edging is a process of arousing yourself and masturbating for at
least 20 minutes (20-30 minute sessions are best - the longer the
better). This will increase the stamina of your penis and condition
it to stay harder longer.

So, edge and don't ejaculate until the very end.

Also, don't rely on porn for an erection. This will make your
erections dependent on visual stimulation.

These two in conjunction have helped me. I now get erections super
quick and can stay hard for how ever long I want.

Nice and natural and feels good!
