In reply to:

hard drugs are gonna be a big problem legal or illegal, not because of the laws that surround them, but because they are hard drugs

The term "Hard-drugs" is man-made, and pretty much arbitrary. What's to (really) separate Hard drugs from soft drugs? What you may consider a hard drug, I may consider a valuable herbal enhancement to my daily happenings...Cocaine in the coffee? You Betcha! Heroin in my nightly warm-milk? Sure!

It's not up to you to pick-and-choose which drugs should be legal. The very fact that cigarettes and alcohol are legal really answers the question for us all.

ALL DRUGS SHOULD BE LEGAL.

How would you classify Alcohol? How about cigarettes? Why? OK, now apply that same reasoning to illegal drugs, and you'll come to the right conclusion.

ALL DRUGS SHOULD BE LEGAL
