The Human Mind

One way of looking at things. there is no god, no soul, just the human mind. Which is a powerfull thing. It something we havent even learnt to use yet. But over time we sould be able to control our own reality. But at present if we had the powers of gods we would destory ourselvs and probably the universe. The humanrace is still young.
Why pray to another being for help when it all comes down to you. There is nobody that can help you except for your self. Sure you can pray but why to god, use your own mind your own imagination thats what its for meditate on what you need help with. If a Friends ill dont pray to god but meditate on them getting better. It you own mind that helps them not god. God is just a projection of the human super ego. Someone to praise worship the all powerfull one the creator abd destroyer.

We should all stop working and go out and try and understand the world. What a better place to start... on the inside!

"Why pray to another being for help when it all comes down to you."
could be psychosomatic.
"If a Friends ill dont pray to god but meditate on them getting better."
isn't that essentially the same thing? that is, if God is Nature and the Whole. then praying to god is praying to your friend and his health as well.

Yeah cause i do thats what i mean. If your broke and need money, there is no point in praying to god for help. Do things your self, meditate on finding a job or asking a friend to help. We are all master of the universe, as long as you only do good and not try to use the mind for bad stuff or else KARMA will kick your ass.

Praying to God does help people tho. Health wise having faith can be a live saver, nature has developed the body and brain to work in conjunction with each other. If you are anxious your health suffers and having faith in a God can help reduce anxiety and improve your health.

Declaring the absence of God is like giving up on a puzzle.
Don't know, so won't try.
Now, i'm not saying it's ignorant to be aethiest.
The search for a greater, higher being is result of society's remorse for itself. People hate people. So people try to imagine or figure out a greater 'good' in the world.
God, whether placebo or not, represents hope to those who go to church. It's an answer to all of life's greater ponderings. People praise a higher being because they need that pilar of hope.
Some people may chose to believe simply in the human race. Aetheists figure life is a coincidence. Through various coincidentially-progressive chemical reactions, organic atomic structures took form to evolve over aeons into the loving, laughing, crying, struggling, soulless organic compost we call the Human Race.
Personally, I am currently in question of my own faith. While i don't doubt the extraordinary spark of creation itself, I step back when I see the church of body that i belong to.
Christians are good people. But lots of people who go to church are sedated by 'faith'-based declarations. Priests can either preach, or brainwash. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference.
The church has been wrong in so many aspects of science and society that it repulses me.
No, Led Zeppelin's "Stairway to Heaven" does NOT have satanic connotations when played backwards. Page and Plant both say repeatedly that the word "Satan" isn't said. Instead, it tends to be "Sa-an" with the backtracking skipping between the two, very discoordinated syllibals.
Remember, it was the CHURCH that imprisoned Galileo.
The CHURCH told people the Earth was flat. And that we should all praise God.
The CHURCH told people everything revolves the Earth. And that we should all praise God.
The CHURCH told people evolution never happened. And that we should all praise God.
ok so by now you get my point. I think i'm just ranting now. Heh. What was the point of my post again?

God told me it's okay if I ignore him... so now I do. If you have a problem with this, take it up with God.

meditation is a return to purity, it aligns your mental body with its creative awareness, its intended purpose. it allows you to see your creations as creations, not realities.
