Please change your screen name to "they'rewatchingme" or even better, "they're_watching_me", so it at least makes some sense.

It is not about grammar, nor me being anal. It is about AWARENESS.
Enlightenment is always down the road, never here and now; it is always mystical never banal. People talk about Zen and meditation, but are unconscious in normal daily activities.

I know how you fell, there was a point in my life when i realized i wasn't paying attention to what is really important, i was in troubled times and my health was really bad, i had fear of an ending to all things i loved and disired, after overcoming my fear and realizing what was the meaning of my existence i gained a conscience different than before, i needed to express myself by viewing the world as fully understandable and i urged to interact with it open minded and not accepting absolute thruths, preconceived ideas were discarded and a seek for new knowlodge and self understanding was initiated. Words like personality and confidence began to reflect my world and my problems seemed much less complicated, things can be solved much easier, i also changed when i understood the beauty of all nature, seeing positive things on negative things, having balance, patiente, impartiality and TRY being good. I can tell you, drugs are a tool, they are really the universal key to understand and answer many question in our lifes, those tools must be selected to suit our needs, they're good when they are allowed to be but also they can be disasterous, their use require to have discipline above all, to know when to used them and wich ones to use. Look around you, that's 3D. Welcome.

Your revelation to me seems to be a very common one. It was revealed to me a while ago, it should be realized before any drug use at all Peace, Trev

I'm glad you were able to come to the realization that drugs should be respected. Not only that, but you should respect your mind and body as well. It seems as if you went from a depraved psychological addiction, to a devout awareness that drugs should not be taken so lightly, and you should use them as a tool for helping you to become a better person. Well done.

You should read Tom Wolfe's "The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test".
It should be a pre-requisite for anything stronger than weed.

lobo is right man. personal revelation is all that really matters. because you are no one else. and sharing might help, and we can hope it does, but we can't control it. so we might as well flow with it. and having met you in person now, i can see that you aren't just useing words that sound good, but you actually live by what you say. so obviously, it is working for you.

Dude, great post, but it seems as if you are enjoying this revelation too much, you are obviously a better person now, you know this, get out there, enjoy life, get some sleep. But i do know exactly what u mean, i used to smoke pot about every day, with people i didnt even like just to get high, said fuck school, started failing, but im different now. I just hate to see so many of the kids i know at school, high every day not learning a single thing, just happy that they got there fix, its a great post but the truth is it will help few people, there is little we can do to stop terrible drug addictions/drug use for the wrong reasons, its why drugs arent legal, and its why they arent accepted. Until the human race evolves the opened state of mind as a whole, nobody will accept drug use in moderation as a healthy practice. I believe that my moderate drug use has made me a better person, the only side i effect that i have noticed is a wider perspective, an open mind, like u said about looking at all the possibilities. Out of the hole, the world is a wonderful place no? you may not all agree with me but thats my thoughts

My personal thoughts are that only weak-minded people get addicted to drugs or anything for that fact. I am glad that your rationalization is real and you have indeed grown up. I myself have blocked the real world away with drugs. Only to wake up and see the real world for what it is. Any thing you make it. A helpful hint, or at least something I do is to keep a daily journal. Each night write down what you did or any ideas. All you need is a couple lines, it doesn?t need to be a huge essay each day. It?s an interesting thing to look back and read about your thoughts in a new situation like moving home again, or first thoughts of new roommates. Set a goal and go for it. Don?t look back; regrets are what hold you down in life. Smile and say hi to a passing stranger. It will only be for the better. You will feel better and so would they. I whish more people would at least smile and nod. The list goes on. I am going to stop babbling.

I really do agree about what u said how u think peeople should be friendly and say hi to passing strangers, i think that this simple thing makes the world a better place and i do it as much as i can, its kind of like a little self esteem boost every time.
