Why was I "Forbidden" a little while ago?

Earlier this morning when I tried to get on the shroomery I got a blank white page that said, "Forbidden, You do not have permission to access this server" or something to that effect.

Was everybody getting this or just me? I thought I was banned or something but I couldn't figure out why I would have been.

Forbidden errors are not indicative of a banning, they have to do with general server permissions. The admins had a meeting yesterday and discussed some things that need to be taken care of. Two of which include fixing our mail server and installing new hard disks. And a third being revival of the Growery project, so any of those tinkerings may have been responsible for the temporary downtime some of you experienced.

hahaha I was losing it this morning when I couldn't get on the shroomery... so I went back to sleep, when I woke up everything was ok again. LOL

Yeah, cause the Growery site has seemed to advance to at least allowing the main page to show. But, if you try to go to the Message Board there, it's the Shroomery.. but, green.

I hope they get it up and running... I don't poke smot anymore, but would love to try growing some again.

I got it this morning too, I assumed the shroomery was down cause of the big storm, Im up in canada just next to the vermont border. It also could have been the tinkerings geokills mentionned. I dont know, Im just glad its back.

Yeah it was just a misconfiguration from when I was working on the Growery. Nothing to be concerned about and it shouldn't happen again.
