Not every cow paddie in every field produces psilocybe cubensis. Fioirst they appear normally inthe decomposed manure of cattle and water buffalo. The manure has to be at least four to six weeks of age for the mushrooms to fruit.Once in a while they may appear in fresh manure but vvery rarely. You could bring home all the manure you want but not ewvery cow pie will have shrooms. Mjshroomer

*****Scenario #1*****Florida State Police Officer is in your backyard for some reason or another.... He notices a few brilliant white orange and gold mushroom caps popping up behind the bushes.... He walks closer towards your outdoor shroom lab and notices many many large chunks of cow manure, along with many many Large magicmushrooms growing from them.... Knock Knock KnocK.... You answer your door and see a Florida State Trooper outside on your doorstep.... "Hello (says the trooper). Is this your property???" "Yes it is (you say) officer. Is there a problem?" "Well I was just doing a routine checkup around the neighborhood and noticed that there are illegal mushrooms being cultivated on your property...ect. ect. ect." *

MJ im amazed that you would think that i know so little. The patties me and my counterparts picked from in our field had almost 10 or more patties in a radius of only 10 feet or so. there were at least 50 in every little patch of woods and many many more along the treeline. on the patties that didnt have mushies on them or have all been picked even had hundreds of spores all over each patty. this field is the best one i have EVER been in EVER. and i sure am gonna love moveing back so i can get back to that field... i just hope the mall thats suppost to be built there in the future hasent areadly been built. anyway thatns for the input anyway MJ. peace

Greypoe,Liberty caps do not grow out of manure. They do grow in manured grass attached to the roots of wild grasses such as Sedge. And GGReatOne234, Fresh Psilocybe cubensis mushrooms are not illegal in the state of Florida as long as they are fresh. Mjshroomer

The mushrooms are there for you to do whatever you want to do with them. That is between you and the mushrooms. They will make the choice for you. Just asked them "Waht do they want?" Have a shroomy day.

MJ: They look like liberty caps... I guess they are not. What type of mushie grows in missouri on cow manure, and looks like a liberty cap.... they may not even be anything worth picking..... why do i have to live in missouri?Shrooms are so rare here
