friends suck

I go out of my way to help my friends out, hook them up for free when i can...help them out in anyway possible, lend a hand to listen and help them figure out their problems...etc. These are friends that i've introduced to the psychedelic, and help lead them on their journeys.

but when i call on what i THOUGHT was a close friend to come roll with me for ONE night..he blows me off for some whore he just met a weeks ago. I rarely ever ask for shit..or put myself in a position like that. But does that not piss anyone else off?? Where can you find GOOD friends these days?!?!    :yinyang:

Stop bitching and find better friends. It sucks but we've all been there. :shrug:

And just so you know, the fact that you did something for someone doesn't have to mean (and it also shouldn't mean) that they'll do the same for you. Keep that in mind because it will save you of a lot of disappointments. When you help someone, do it because you want, not because you think that some day they might help you as well.

You're looking at things all wrong.

First and foremost, he had the chance to go on a date with a girl. Most guys would rather do that than sit around and eat E with some other dude. Duh. That sounds like a lame plan anyways, compared to taking a women out and possibly getting laid, most men would take the latter.

In that situation, just call more friends and ask if they have any other plans and want to hang out. Duh. Eventually you'll call on a friend who isnt doing anything and wants to roll. You act like this good friend of yours was the only option in the whole world to hang out with.

Next, do you think you are some kind of special magical wizard of knowledge by turning your friends onto various drugs? They dont owe you anything for that. Its just an experience, an experiment, just a trip, just a mirage or an illusion, nothing too special man.

You want to do something to be a good friend, go and visit them when they are in the hospital for something. Go and visit them if their grandma dies, to be with them during a hard time. Go and babysit their kid when they want to go out and do something special. Ect. Ect. That is something a friend will appreciate much more than gulping down pills together.

Pussy is nice. All guys (well...most guys) know this. If one of my buddies has a chance to get some then I have no problem with him flaking on me if we were just going to sit around and shit. I know how the game goes. I'm not going to cock-block one of my boys.

Now if you REALLY needed somebody like you're Grandma died and your buddy promised to be there and then flaked on you....then that's different. Sitting around to roll though? Pfft...pussy is nicer.

You are a victim of your expectations.

If your night can be ruined by somebody ELSE doing something different than what you expect, then you've already set yourself up for disappointment. Don't get attached to any particular outcome, and you can't lose.

i didn't mean rolling...as in rolling on E..i mean rolling like..hanging out for the night, spending time...being with me throught this hard time. This is a longtime friend...best friend if you will. One of those that have been from the beginning.

My point was..the situation i was experiencing was one that required a shoulder to lean on...someone to help me through it (nothing drug related) and this friend is the only person i'd come to for anything like that. Pussy is pussy..it comes and goes, it's not something you should drop everything for. There are more important human relationships then sticking your dick is some chicks cavity.

This isn't anything homosexual, as though those posts are expected on pretty much any topic at hand.

But having to go through a very difficult situation, and calling upon your best friend for support, only to be ditched for some fat chick wiling to dry hump you, is kind of dissapointing

What exactly is a "hard time"?  Like I said...if a relative died or some shit...that's a hard time.  If he flaked on you during something like that then he's an asshole.  But, any other circumstance is not a hard time.

Pussy (even from a fat girl) trumps sitting around and doing nothing with a buddy.  :shrug:  Every guy knows this and I don't blame any one of my friends if they made the same decision.
