my little brother had 2 ounces on him, of pot, a little bit of shrooms, and a scale, and pipes and so on, he is 17, he spent the night in juvi, he was charged with possession for mushrooms and pot, and intent to sell pot, this was in california, does anyone know what kind of time or probation he is looking at? he has around 8-9 months till he is a adult. Also will he lose his drivers license? and they took his fone for evidence, will he get that back ever?
