el wire light concentration

I bought the 5 mm blue light, not realizing that the blue did not really mean blue spectrum. I am wondering its output in Kelvin is high enough with 5500-7000 being optimal. I have seen diagrams rating it at 3000000 which I am not sure if I am reading that corretly which seem light a massive amount of lumen output.

I'd check the manufacturer website for that info.

You can get a 6500K fluorescent fixture and tube for under twenty dollars at your local home megacenter.

I am looking into the degrees kelvin output of the wire.
You say I can get a flourescent for next to nothing, but I am going to be using a freezer. It will be jammed with casings and probably require a light on every shelf. RR also states that the humidity is bad. seems like a no win situation. agar has his in the high humidity but I am not sure if he has sealed the light up somehow or what. Also having 4 tubs on one shelf. I do not want them all leaning one way towards the light. The inside of the freezer is white, but you get what I am talking about. They mushrooms are going to lean toward the brighter light. Also El Wire is heatless as I think using two 3 foot flourescents per shelf would affect heat?
