problems with myco bag need help

I am growing several myco bags all with the PR strain and 1 bag is concerning me.It has one big shroom about 3'' and I see no others.My fear is that by the time others grow this one will go bad.I've seen this one for the last 4 daays.Granted the bags are foggy and maybe there are some little ones but none that are decent sized.What should I do?Should I wait,harvest the big one now,or what?Thanks in advance for all help.

Don't be afraid to open the bag. You won't contaminate the cakes.
I take mine out of the bag and put them in a Hydra-pod. I even had a drunk friend with bar hands touch one of my cakes (I kicked ass afterwards) and the cake still fruited.

Wash your hands and grab that shroom when the veil breaks!
Then tape the bag up.

All you need to do is take a pair of scissors and cut open the top of the bag and take out all the shrooms that need to be harvested and then fold the bag back up and take maybe some paper clips or a chip clip and seal it back up. Another tip is to spray a few shots of distilled water on the inside of the bag. set your bottle on mist and spray on the sides of the bag not on the cake itself.
