Ketamine may or may not facilitate the growth of Olney's lesions, as may DXM and MDMA (not sure on that one). Atropine, Scopalamine and their analogs can't be healthy either.

Well there are certainly many drugs that can give you brain damage when used excessively. And thats pretty much what people mean by "kill brain cells". Methamphetamine. I know an older speed ex-addict and his brain has been irreparably damaged, undeniably.

LSD. Look at Syd Barret and many many others. Basically any substance, abused enough, will chemically alter your brain forever.
