You can ruin the rest of your life by trying to lose those 20lbs with some crash diet. You'll lose 20, gain 25, lose 25, gain 30 and so on.

Get moving a bit more than you do now, and instead of a mc Donalds run eat something more healthy. And by more healthy I don't mean chewing on a stick of celery, but cook yourself a meal man. Nice piece of meat, taters & greens. Eating a hamburger and/or pouch of fries at Mc Donalds has all the calories of a rich meal, but almost none of the healthy things.

If you go from white bread to whole wheat bread (just the normal kind, not the over-the-top healthy expensive stuff) you will eat less by yourself, because there's more fiber in your diet and fiber fills.

Don't "do a diet": eat healthier and move your body. Thats how you should lose it. Its ONLY 20lbs - thank your lucky stars it isn't, like, an actual problem.

Mc Donalds has to go. That clown should be dragged out the back of his restaurand and made to breathe the fumes of the spent fat of his grills & deepfry until he chokes on it
