Mcdonalds took his life
    #7455737 - 09/26/07 01:20 PM (16 years, 4 months ago)

My friend's dad died the other day. He had a heart attack at his home and died. He was 59 years old. He ate Mcdonalds everyday of his life for 20+ years. Mcdonalds took his life. They sell unhealthy food. Its just as bad as the tobacco company. Both are addictive. And both end lives.

And sadly it's still his own fault.

You don't know that for certain.  Perhaps the McDonald's crew force-fed him, or he was brainwashed into Super-sizing.

Wow...ok here I go.

a) He was almost 60.  60 year olds have heart attacks. News flash?

b) McDonalds didnt kill him.  McDonalds wasn't the retard who ate McDonalds every day.  It was your friend's dad.

I mean this isn't rocket science, you ok in the head there buddy?

R.I.P your buddy's dad. :undecided:

It's like saying the army kills people. Sure, but only because people consent and voluntarily* join.

He probably wore underwear every day too.  Underwear killed him.

I can't eat McDonalds for one day.. let alone every day for 20 years of my life. It takes a special kind of mentality to do something like that.

Please. Your friend's dad's poor health took his life. Whatever his poor health was a result of didn't take his life. He was the one that made the choices to not take good care of his body. The McDonald's Corporation is not to blame for this in any way, shape or form.

Think before you open your mouth.

What is it with this society? Always looking for something to blame for their ills. Instead of digging their heads out of their asses and looking at the facts they just spout off about evil corporation that force-fed their loved ones until they croked, or some evil plant that climbed into a pipe and forced its smoke down the throat of some innocent teen.

Mcdonalds promises good tasting food for low prices. What they don't tell you in the commercials is that eating food from Mcdonalds is very unhealthy for your body. When I was a child, I saw Mcdonald's commericals, they had kids running around and enjoying happy meals, and adults eating burgers. I would think, Oh I see this is what normal people like to eat. What I didn't understand at the time however, was how badly it was effecting my small body. I used to eat Mcdonalds occasionly. I stopped eating there entirely 2 years ago. My friends dad, sure after the movie Super size me he heard a few comments about Mcdonalds being unhealthy, but he just didnt know, he had no idea, that place had the power to take his life. Mcdonalds cares nothing about the customer's heath. All it cares about is being rich. My dad's friend gave Mcdonalds his money and his trust, and in return the monster stole his life.

Oh c'mon, I'd be surpised if I even lived to 60!

Seriously, once you admit to being a VICTIM, it shows weakness.

Are girls who are PMS'ing VICITMS of womanhood? Your dad's buddy wasn't a VICTIM, he was a human who died + he was 60, dude! He sounded like a VICTIM of his own reality to me.

I can sympathize: I lost my dad to a coke/heroin overdose. He wasn't no fuckin' VICTIM though, MAYBE could of done a little bit more research about his drugs, but he wasn't any VICTIM. People need to realize REGRET-->VITCIM-->SELF-PITY--->ALWAYS LOOKING FOR CRUTCHES.

You can use my shoulder to lean on, however do it because EVERYONE is a victim of everything, or no one is a victim if nothing, or both simulataneously. Quantum physics killed him.

This is all my opinion:grin:
