Shroomery Fantasy Football 2007 through Yahoo!

Hey all, and welcome to another season of fantasy fucking football. Can you tell that I'm excited? Well, that has a lot to do with zappa's seemingly insurmountable lead in our baseball league.
I know a lot of you guys like the NFL.com fantasy football better and if you do, well, you can either suck it or suck it up and join this league too. I believe Banez has plans for a fantasy football league on NFL.com, I hope to be part of that one too but I want to get one started on Yahoo as well. Don't wanna pay for Stat Tracker? Cry me a river.
If you're interested in joining the Yahoo! league (I know it's early, and we don't draft until August, but I just wanted to get it launched) let me know and I will PM you the league address and password. Past players with a good track record of keeping up with the season receive first dibs on registering over first-timers.
Here is how the scoring will go in this league, which is a head-to-head league. Right now I have it set at 12 teams, I'd be willing to go to sixteen, but I find that kinda dilutes the free agent pool a bit too much for football.
OFFENSE: Passing Yards (25 yards per point) Passing Touchdowns (6) Interceptions (-2) Rushing Yards (10 yards per point) Rushing Touchdowns (6) Reception Yards (10 yards per point) Reception Touchdowns (6) 2-Point Conversions (2) Fumbles Lost (-2)
KICKERS: Field Goals 0-19 Yards (3) Field Goals 20-29 Yards (3) Field Goals 30-39 Yards (3) Field Goals 40-49 Yards (4) Field Goals 50+ Yards (5) Field Goals Missed 0-19 Yards (-2) Field Goals Missed 20-29 Yards (-1) Field Goals Missed 30-39 Yards (0) Field Goals Missed 40-49 Yards (0) Field Goals Missed 50+ Yards (0) Point After Attempt Made (1) Point After Attempt Missed (-1)
DEFENSE: Sack (1) Interception (2) Fumble Recovery (2) Touchdown (6) Safety (2) Block Kick (3) Kickoff and Punt Return Touchdowns (6) Points Allowed 0 points (10) Points Allowed 1-6 points (8) Points Allowed 7-13 points (5) Points Allowed 14-20 points (3) Points Allowed 21-27 points (0) Points Allowed 28-34 points (-1) Points Allowed 35+ points (-4)

I'm in if you'll allow it. I kinda stopped paying attention last year 'cause I was managing three teams and well, I just lost interest. I'll stick with one and only one this year.

I've never played this game, I'm not really interested in it, but I would direct your attention to the "5 bitches" thread I started. Now, when 5 out of 12 people bail out of a rotisserie scoring league, it's not that big of a deal, but if they pull out of a head to head league, which is what this football thing seems to be, some people could gain an advantage based on when they play somebody else. Before or after they lose interest. Make your own judgments on the feckless people who pledged attention to the baseball league and then bailed. They know who they are and so do the others in that league but not everybody does. People who I would advise strongly against are deadhead, lysergicide and Yarry, total quitters. Probably nice guys but they lack commitment. You are warned.

Lemme in this piece.
I got shafted last year
I don't actually even remember what happened, now that I think of it, but that I was pissed about it.
