Which ones do you play?
I have Fifa Soccer 2005, NBA 2K6, NFL 2003, and NHL 2005.
I mostly play NBA 2K6

one, no i don't
two, madden is the third best football game the graphics for madden on the 360 are barely any better than the graphics for 2k5 ESPN has a fully integrated sportscenter set up with bergman madden is scant on realism, i could sprint to the sideline with kurt warner and do a 360 turn, whip a perfect spiral forty yards madden munches ESPN also has that zany first-person football, which i don't like, but gamenerds apparently go gaga over madden does have that superstar mode, which is kinda neat, but negligible
and i'm merely ribbing the dob, i have absolutely no idea what the outcome between a match between us would be

yeah there will never be an espn football game again.. well not for awhile atleast.. ea sports and madden is just too good.. (and bought them out)..
i guess ur one of those guys who sits at home and plays alone.. thats the only way ud think ESPN is better than Madden.. Madden is more designed for multi-player and online play.. i mean if u wanna play alone, watch urself on sportscenter, and spend hours going thru training camp.. then yeah ESPN is for you

yeah, that EA buying all the rights bullshit pissed me right the fuck off
and madden is designed for arcadey shit i play multiplayer all the time, and people whine that it's not like madden
and ESPN had online before madden, btw
any idea when that EA football rights thing ends, i was thinking 2007 is the last year for it, but i may just be making that up in my head

yeah i dont think its as early as 2007.. and u cant even say the multiplayer gameplay for espn is better than madden.. thatd be foolish.. there are national madden tournaments.. not espn live tournaments..

that's because madden appeals to the masses
and those are organized by EA, ESPN either doesn't feel like it, or realizes their player base isn't strong enough
also, mass playing doesn't necessarily translate into quality of play
the only real knock i can think of on ESPN, off the top of my head, is that you can't sprint by just pressing a button, you have to tap it and unless you're tweaking, it's near impossible to get to full speed

I'm on my 8th year of my franchise in that game. I'm fucking good at the game. It's the only game I ever play. Not one of my friends will play me in the game. None make it past halftime...I will rock your world, son!
