Saw that Saudi Arabia v. Tunisia game earlier...
Crazy stuff in that one...
It was all tied up, in like, the 75th minute, and then Saudi Arabia brought in their best player of all time. He's old now, but they thought he might have one more goal in him. Sure enough, 2 or 3 minutes later, he gets set up with the ball wide open, no Tunisian players within 20 yards of him. He sets up and sends it past Tunisia's shitty goalie to put SA up 1.
It looks like its over, SA is celebrating like crazy. The 90 minutes is up and the refs add 4 mins stoppage time. 3 minutes goes by, everyone has pretty much given up, and Tunisia kicks it in and get a goal on a perfect header.
Ridiculously exciting, the last little bit anyway. The first half pretty much sucked....

Yeah, the Saudi/Tunisia match was surprisingly an exciting match. Should be interesting to see how they hold out against Ukraine. Poor Ukraine. Spain just outclassed them in every respect.
Croatia did deserve to win against Brazil, but I'm glad they didn't. Gives Australia more of a chance now. Man ... what the fuck was up with Brazil? And Ronaldo?
BERLIN, June 14 (Reuters) - Former World Cup striker Tostao, writing for the Folha de Sao Paulo newspaper, said: 'Brazil were slow and bureaucratic and only improved when Robinho came on for Ronaldo, who was slow and weird. It was a torture to see him like a wobbling heavyweight, staggering around the pitch as if what was going on around had nothing to do with him.'
Brazil always take a couple of games to warm up. But still, Australia has a good chance against them. Even though I have my doubts, I'm hopefull. Regardless, it should be an excellent game for Australia - even if we lose!

Enjoy the match anyway, man. I'll be very curious to see how the English side perform tonight.
I sorta do feel for them at times, considering how bad they get flamed by the media.

I saw them play - they're a pretty good side. Not to be underestimated, especially by the casual mentality of English football.

England should tonk Trinidad tonight. I take nothing for granted and am generally an advocate of cautious optimism at all times...
But lets not kid ourselves, its golden boot groundwork time :d Trinidad aint gonna make a Sweden of us.
If i am proved wrong i will be back to post humiliating jpegs proving just how small my penis is.
We will win and win well. One goal = floodgates, in this fixture.

Wow.
Literally, 10 seconds after I typed that, Beckham fed it in for a nice header.
I should shut up more often.
