cloning from tissue

Has anyone had any experience with tissue cloning? I read a tek at the FF about using h202 and tissue to innoculate jars. What have you guys used with success? I have jars ready, syringes sterilized, waitin on advice.

You could do that...
...then again it's much easier and better to clone the tissue on agar.

yup, just throw in the tissue in the jars, you'll be fine, check out the Grow/Find section of the Shroomery. "The 9er Process" is in one of the processes that describes how to do that... the tissue thing, its on the "Growing Guides" list. But again, it's better if you do it on agar... but go ahead, both work just fine.
