milk

Is milk good or bad for you, and can you have too much? I drink skim or 1%.

I have been drinking milk my whole life, normally some with my cereal, then a glass or two of it with dinner, sometimes lunch as well if im home. Is this good or bad, should i switch to more water?

include soy milk and or switch to organic dairy milk. You shouldn't be drinking milk as a thirst quenche.

milk is incredible for you, but too much can be too much. i drink a lot of milk and im a pretty healthy person. but dont just drink milk to quench thirst like georgeM said.

you should always drink a variety of fluids. too much of a good thing can be a bad thing.

milk, water, orange juice, or other fruit juices will suffice as well.

After you get out of your Toddler stages you body is not really set up to digest milk. Although it will still accept it and it full of good stuff.

Moderation is the key to life.

i used to love milk (at least a gallon per week), but i could never stand the taste it left in my mouth, or the mucus buildup as a result of drinking it.

after doing research for a while, i was really shocked at all the additives in milk, and the methods of obtaining milk. I instantly switched to soy milk, and haven't looked back since.

in fact, i actually like soy milk more, since there is no more aftertaste, and no more mucus. Plus, it's not loaded with hormones and white blood cells.
