Be patient. Did you cold shock them? At least let the temp. drop a little so they know it's time.

they'll show up. I'm a first time grower, and I'm just learning how big of a role patience plays in this whole scheme. My jars are now pinning pretty well, but for the first 4 days or so I only had two pins, just like you.

yep they were cold shocked for a day. Just wondering cause we've gotten more off of a first flush on a cake than this...

Yeah, if your conditions (temp/humidity/etc.) are all good, you'll be getting more soon. How does the mycelium look?
Speaking of two shrooms, I have a casing that's really starting to grow lots, but before anything else came up, two mushrooms came up that turned out to weigh just under 50g wet! One was over 30g and really fat, and one was seven inches long and almost 20g.
