Also, would ginger pills or some other motion sickness medicine help in regards to nausea or is it just something that has to be toughed out?  I don't want to smoke pot for this reason, because I want the unadulterated experience.

Marijuana is the best anti-emetic. I've heard ginger works as well, but cannabis will work almost without a doubt. Have fun. Remember low doses... Any over the top doses will land you in a dangerous place.

I tried Pantherina Muscaria and wasn't that impressed. Had a mild stomach ache, no visuals except a dull haze like I had recently woken up. I became very tired and went to sleep. When I woke up I felt really rested, was actually a great nap, but not really any fun!
