I've dried them, but they smell like total shit. I think if I get any closer to them I will puke. It's a sickly pungeant half-smell. is this normal? perhaps they are rotten, but they looked pretty fresh when we picked em

They're probably rotten if they smell like that. Ones that have been properly dried, usually smell almost pleasant.

then we would have to agree that they were spoiled. as for the mushrooms we got, what effect do you get from smoking them, and can you VAPORIZE things like mushrooms?

i done some fly agaric and it made me fall asleep about 2 hours after eating, during my sleep i had a fucking mental dream that i was jesus (i don't even believe jesus existed, i'm not at all religious) and that i was being persecuted by the jews, and i really felt that i had the burdon of humanity on my shoulders (ego-mania). then i woke up and my heart was beating like a fucked clock and i was shitting it, so i drank a vitamin C drink and soon came down. for me this variety doesn't have the value of psylocybin mushrooms but you might aswell give it a go. i've read that of the 2 reported deaths from these, one of them was a case of mistaken identity - death caps were to blame. and in the other case the guy ate a whole plateful and he already had a heart problem anyway. another note of interest: the concept of flying reindeers at christmas comes from the fact that reindeers in syberia (the origins of santa claus are from this area) are known to snack on fly agarics and presumably experience mind altering effects. peace all

i made an amanita extract, from a heated water method, the extract wasn't very pure, i smoked some bleaaa the worst taste ive ever inhaled, it was soo pungent and foul, i mixed in some mj leaf extract to make it taste better, after this brown clump sat 3 months it cured to a much better flavor, yet still nasty stuff, i never ingested the extract, as the mushrooms themselves were potent, and sot so bad in flavor, as for smoking it i dont suggest the extract either, a nice amanita skin blunt dose the trick,,,,woooo dauggy,,, i was using formosa,,,,called them sunshine blunts......

Amanita muscaria is great! Smoking them or eating them after heating is best!

ive tried makeing a tea out of them but wasnt able to keep it down, the taste an smell was horrid... almost meaty. i think ill try eating them dried next time. would you be able to dehydrate them?
