Help with the Peyote seedling

Hi, im new to the world of cacti and have got 6 baby peyote seedlings which took 10 days to germinate but they are still small litte balls and have a little white spreckles on them,I was wondering is this normal?this is my first time so i dont know whether its normal also they are litle lime green balls with tiny white spreckles,sorry for repeating myself twice just panicking a bit

I'm not sure what's up with the speckles. Little green balls is normal though.

Keep them humid for a while, and make sure the soil is moist. Not saturated, but not dry.

its a bit wierd i just have very tiny little whitish spreckles on them:confused:

The white specks could be just the pores on the skin of the cacti.

little white speckles are normal if they appear to be UNDER the skin.

i really dont know much about grafting but mine only came out a few days ago,sorry couldnt help maybe some experienced cacti grower could help sorry:confused:

i dont really understand the grafting side of peyote,i know how to do it but i dont know how to really to put my little seedling onto another cacti,confusing:confused:anyone know of any forums to explain this to a newbie

the theory behind grafting is simple...
all cacti have a core in the centre that nutrients/water travel through, so long as u get those rings aligned nutrient will pass from the stock to the scion. they dont have to be the same species.
