i've tried to ignore them and its died down for the moment but then this mod comes along and kicks up the mud and makes personal insults towards my family of which i have no choice but to defend,admittedly i went along with their little filthy ways to amuse them and gave back what i got but i think its ridiculous and an abuse of his position and no way to be an example for the whole community in general
this isnt supposed to be the way a mod should act is it?

The forum in which the comments quoted were posted in is known as OTD, and, if I may refer you to the forum description, which may be viewed on the forum index, underneath the link that one must click in order to enter into the forum...
