Let me state that we are quite liberal with general ratings.  If they are excessively vulgar, racist, or obscene, we will remove or edit them.. but for the most part we let people speak their piece in them.  Just letting you all know so you don't come PMing us with every little, "You SUck, suckeR!" comment :wink:

She is free to use the general ratings to leave general ratings.  I think a "[-]" is about as general as one could be, so I don't see any problem with it.  Obviously something prompted her to make these ratings.. if she wishes to keep her reasons to herself then so be it.

How do you plan to prove that someones opinion is not what they've stated?

I mean really - if you get a 1 shroom rating from someone - you can pretty much rest assured they do not hold a high opinion of you - how would you prove otherwise?

You must understand that not every admin is online all the time. Some are offline for weeks.
Your best bet would be to PM one that you have seen recently.
Also, please understand that general ratings are not our primary concern, so sometimes it can take longer.
