cobweb mold? too much water in jars?

i need help. i am a first time grower and injected 15 pint brf jars approx two weeks ago. B+, tazmanian, and brazilian. i dont have a camera, so i'll do my best to describe my situation. i have the jars in the closet with the holes uncovered at 82 degrees F. there is very little white growth in half the jars and none in the other half. there is, however, whispy whitish/gray fuzz in most jars. there is condensation on most of the jars, but no puddle-ing at the bottom. so here's my questions:

1)is any condensation in the jars considered too much water? i've also noticed that where the water droplets are touching the substrate the flour is turning a rusty brownish color. doesnt look moldy, just discolored. has anyone seen that? how do i dry them out some?

2)do i have cobweb mold? i have read quite a few threads on cobweb mold and know that it is gray rather than white and takes over a jar in a matter of days. i have also read that it is very rare to see in jars. the thing is, it's too thin to be sure if it's gray or white. the webbish growth started early on and has pretty much stopped growing, so it seems unlikely that it's cobweb but i'm just not sure. if it is cobweb, can i fix it while it's still in the jars?

3)how essential is it to shake the syringe when injecting? i did shake it, but i didnt shake after every jar.

any help you could offer would be much appreciated. i'd hate to have my entire batch ruined. thanks in advance!

its definitely not cobweb in your jars. cobweb grows on casings with too little FAE. what you are seeing is either thin myc or another white/gray form of mold. its hard to tell without pics. condensation is normal, you just dont want puddling, or muddy sections of cake.

there are some jars that have muddy spots. how would i dry those out some? if it's not cobweb and the jars arent too wet, and my temp is good, then why is it taking so long? all activity has completely stopped and there wasnt much to begin with.

if they are too wet, you can loosen the lid to let them get some more air. do the muddy spots look greasy? if so its probably already a bacterial contam taken hold.

some of the wetter jars look greasy. the others with just some condensation dont, they look too brown. after looking around the shroomery for the last hour i'm almost positive i have a yeast contam. smells sweet. all 15 jars are screwed. so disappointing.

try and shake them very well. If they are right side up, lay them on their sides and vice versa. Just try and evenly distribute the water as best you can. There isn't much else you can do..

It was my 3rd grow before I got shrooms.I know your disappointed but look upon this as part of a education.

Sounds like your jars are to wet. Next time around squeeze the substrate so water is only on your hand. No drops. I found its better to be a little to dry than to wet.

Doesn't really matter what it is, your jars are toast and it was a sterile technique issue. Good luck next time, not many people are perfect their first time out. I fucked my first try to hell and lost 2 months worth of work. Try again, you will get it sooner or later.

When I read the title I didn't think it was cobweb,I have never seen cobweb in jars,but no matter what it is the second it smells like anything but mushroom mycelium dumpster tek is the best course of action,PC the jars to kill whatever is in them before you open th3em and release anything into your house that will ruin you future endeavors,This doesn't sound like mold but better safe than sorry,Chock it up as both a loss and a learning experience and try again,Don't get discouraged,I don't even know how may jars I scrapped before I finally seen a healthy mushroom grow,Everyone always says its patience that you need and you certainly do need it but persistence is another thing you need or you will give up well before you know what your doing from the sheer frustration of battling simple contamination issues in the beginning,get a spray bottle filled with a 10-12% bleach solution and something yo can use as a still air glovebox and I guarantee your contamination will drop drastically

thanks guys. man, i'm even starting to dream about bacteria taking over my house haha. i'm definitely gonna use a glove box next time and bleach. i went through spores 101 last time but i was thinking about using ralphster this time. who do you all use?
