So anyways I sat down, and tried the thing.  Now since I am an electrical engineer, I knew immediately how this little machine worked and so started to fuck with the guy.  I told him a really sad story that actually happened to me, but the whole time I caused the meter to keep going down and down.  So he had me think of something happy at which point the meter went up.  He was so confused he got head guy of the place who got angry with me and instructed me to hold the metal things at a constant force.  At which point I told him exactly how the machine works, so he  got angry and started telling his disciples that I a person who cant accept the truth or some shit.  I talked to a disciple afterwards who said that he makes about 25K a year and drops a decent amount on this religion.  When I asked why he said because it seems to be the only true religion, his proof was that some people can fly and have magic powers.  OF course he said hes never seen it, but hes sure it existed.  After that I left and havent ever even bothered to give a scientologist any respect as I view them literally as idiots.

How are these guys any different from any other major religion trying to control other peoples lives.

I have seen several videos now of scientologists getting straight up pissed off if you disagree with them.....And some people in this very thread don't like it..

If you knew my life story you would that in July in faces with death and a very severe trauma. I don't to give the details but I can tell you it bring no negative energy to mind. I am unable to drive and work and pretty much do anything you would think is an easy menial task.

I am a much better person because of the trauma. It changed my life for the better in many many way. that event was easily the most defining moment in my life but and damn near killed me. I lost a lot of parts to my life but was easily the most overall positive thing that has ever happened to me.

then why are you defending them??? the problem is that many scientologists believe that scientology as a religion = truth of reality, as im sure many people do who are part of a religion.
