grain transfers and spore printing

I know it's not good to use spores from mushroom clone cultures. And i've seen in a post someone advert someone else to not use spores from jars which have been inoculated with mycelium from other jars. That was the first time i read such information. Was this some kind of confusion between the two procedures (cloning / mycelium transfers)?

Is it fine to use spores of mushrooms from jars inoculated with colonized grain from other jars?

Yeah im a little confused on this myself.
If you take a cloned tissue and grow that out, you shouldnt use the spores or what?

If you got mycelium growing in your grain, and transfer grain to grain, you should be ok as long as it was a multi spore. As for the isolation, i wouldnt think it would be a problem.
