quick question about my casing

i inoculated four 1/2 pint jars with b+ about a month ago , i used the pf tek br and verm , my jars got done and i cased them , i put a layer of wet perlite then a layer of wet verm and then the crumbled cakes and then some more wet verm , i didnt have a cooking tray so i used a 2 1/2 gallon aquarium , then i put black paper around the sides and covered the top with saran wrap . (this was three days ago) but my question is ? does anybody have a opinion on if this will work or if i have done some thing wrong , when i woke up today the third day , i took the top of to fan it , and i noticed that there where two small spots where the white had grown through to the top . i read someplace that the first spots that poke through should be covered so that the rest of the casing can catch up , is this a good idea ? and if anybody has so good tipps for a first timer it would be appreciated ,

1) i think your sig is waaaaaay to big but the girl is f*cking beautifull
2)The perlite as a bottom cassing is a big no no.
