First Psilocybe for the season

Hey everyone.. Last night in Sydney was windy and rainy so i decided to go hunting cause Ive been stuck inside sleeping ever since Utopia on saturday cause I am scattered to shit. I went hunting about 3 hours ago at the same place where they first appeared last year, to my happioness i found only one medium sized specimen{P.Subaeruginosa} after hours of scrambling under ferns and walking thourgh countless spider webs. So I tapped it to release spores , snipped it and chomped it, had that bitter psilocybe taste which i remember. Im suprised how potient this species is Im having a rather pleasant trip with increased sound and visual, no hallucinations but I keep seeing shadows moving in the corner of my eye as i type. I am gonna take some pics when more come out over the next couple of days.
PS. Thanks for the spores Bluemeanie, they are colinizing beutifully, Ill be sending you some spore prints and my bio essays on the different variants of P.Subaeruginosa.

man - im really interested in that white mushie you found last year - that remains one of the weirdest finds ive evr come across! Ill post your pic below.
For some reason - maybe because they are the first mush of the season, the subs this year are HELL potent! My friend ate one and literally got lost walking around the block - i phoned him and he was asking 'what the fucks going on?' 'where they fuck am I' 'what the fuck??' Quite funny - My girl and I tripped so hard just lying there in a hamick - obviously a better option than going for a walk when you cannot tell up from down.

Heya aussishroomhead (remember me?) and bluemeanie! Nice to hear you've found something :laugh: I've been busy with uni so I haven't had much free time to spend at the shroomery.. I neglected my shroom-growing setup and now these cakes are producing no more :~(.
Do you guys think the time's about right to start going for bushwalks in search of the shroom here in Sydney? I know last year I missed out on the season and don't want to again..
O yea also.. regarding tripping.. I'm wondering why most people neglect to mention the state of mind they feel while on the shroom.. I always read messages saying how people see cool shit or the adventures they have.. rarely do people mention the overwhelming intelligence you feel when heavily shroomed. I really like how you can draw on your entire subconcious - a sort of all-knowing feeling comes to you. Your brain is able to reason with itself in ways never before possible.. the words that were once on the tip of your tongue flow out so eloquently that you feel as if your IQ has doubled. Conversation and listening to dialogue are some of the most enjoyable and rewarding things for me while trippin. You all experience that too right?

Hmm, neat shroom picture bluemeanie..

That appears (to me) to be a albino Psilocybe Cubensis mushroom..possibly,

i think it was a woodlover greatone - Im not sure what it is - it has no annulus so i thought it might be a weird albino subaeruginosa or something - laybe mj could enlighten us.
