Myco Bag questions

I need some help here, on 4/5- 5 mycobags were innoculated with 3 different strains from syringes. One bag is almost fully colonized, the PR. Now there was 2 bags innoc. with the PR, the other shows nothing. Two other bags were innoc. with Mazatepec, they show nothing the last was a PE, bag kept drying out, found it had a hole, but still nothing from that either. I discarded that bag tonight. Now why dont any of the other bags show any growth? They do not show contamination either. What should I do with these bags? Since I do not have the same strain to innoculate them with the same, should I try and use a different strain? Should I refrain from using these bags? I find it strange that one bag would take off, and another from the same syringe shows nothing at all, much less only have one bag out of five germinate.
This is my second attempt at growing, and though I do have something going on in one bag, it leaves me empty to think somehow I screwed up the others. The bags have all been incubated at 82-87 degrees F. And the humidity has been kept quite high (no gauge).
