Help! Very Important Myco Bag Questions

Hi, I recently purchased 4 myco bags. I have a B+ strain syringe. I need to know where to inject the syringe... at the brown dot or the white patch? Also if I leave the bags in the dark for the first 20 days, and then put them in 12 hours of light for the remaining 10 will taht work? thanks for your help

Follow sporeworks.com site directions. Never inject thru the filter patch. Inject thru the injection port after you have wiped the area clean with a alchohol wipe. About 2.5 cc per bag should do it.
