Sounds like a valid opinion on the subject to me.

At the same time, a single statement such as that doesn't exactly set a course for discussion, which is usually what is to be expected of an original post. You can't expect others to do all of the thinking for you. If I had locked a thread in which someone posted only one word, you could still argue that others would associate that word with something and then start discussing that, but it wouldn't really be a practical outlook on the matter.
