Anxiety as a physical symptom/pain ?
    #6000135 -

I'll try and explain this the best way i can, i'm wearing off from the acid i took earlier so forgive me if i make little sense.

First time i had this feeling was years ago when i decided to try diphenhydramine, i took it and everything went as expected.
That same night when i was trying to sleep i had this horrible anxiety feeling within my body.
It almost hurt to the point that i'd feel like i needed to crease up to alleviate this feeling.
I managed to get to sleep eventually and the next day this feeling was gone.
But that's the worst comedown ive ever had.

It's been about two years since i took that, ive been under alot of stress recently and i noticed that for a couple of nights i had that same old nasty feeling.

It's hard to explain,, it's not a pain as in it hurts, but it's a very bodily thing.
It feels like extreme stress, but when i feel it i'm not really stressed about anything, not about anything that would justify this bodily tension/reaction as bad as it feels.
It's feels almost like it's in my back,, it's within me but i'll put my hands on my back and stretch backwards to help this feeling

The reason i'm posting this now is because ive sat 'with' this feeling throughout most of my trip. Ive felt as normal as i could be given what i'd taken, i did have a mindfuck phase but i'm over that now.

I'm worried how this feeling is going to affect my future trips,, has anyone else ever had this pain/feeling before ?

Yes.

I know what it's like to be too intense. Breaking down the word intense describes it perfectly - in a state of tension.

There are various things that you can do to help the problem. Do something like take a walk or a shower. Stretch out your back. Lay down and relax.

It is not just a physical thing. It has to do with your emotions and your general thought process. You know what it's like to be happy - like everything is paced the right way. You need to calm down enough to be able to understand what's going on.

Anything could help, really. You just have to find a reason to do some cool stuff. Talk to a friend, go some place cool, ride a bike - choose to do something. Even meditation is doing something. =)
