HELP WITH SUBSTRATE!!??!?!?

I was just wondering if my 4 jars of substrate of brf/vermiculite will still work, it was made and sterilized(boiling) 2-3 weeks ago, raeson for having the 4 jars left is because i only innoculated 2 (dont ask why). The tin-foil has been taken off the top of the jar's, so the hole's are open to the air*ofcourse still with lid on), but thats not the question.

WILL THE JARS (BRF/VERM) STILL BE VIABLE TO USE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS MADE AND STERILIZED 3 WEEKS AGO

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Maybe, why not try them anyway? Is there any reason for removing the foil? If the foil had been left on then I would say they could be ok, otherwise I would either re-sterilise them or re-make them.
