Jars inoculated from LC have orange spots?

I didn't see anything in the contaminant guide that matched what im looking at. I think it's possible the the mycelial color was changed by carmalized sugars in the culture. There are spots of what look like orange mycelium, and then areas of new growth that are pure white. Do yous guys think this is a contaminant or just carmalized sugars?

Are the jars very old? Some of mine sured a darker color, but i realized that it was actually little invitro shrooms forming.

If it aint white it aint right.. Orange in probably contam..

I would start over.

Any other color that a very light gray, turning white, is right.

Any other color, means something wrong, slipped in. :eek: :mad2:

That i should. Well it wasn't a total waste. I inoculated one of the jars from spores. It looks totally healthy, and is colonizing like no other. So my contam came from the LC not my jar preparation. Well at least maybe i can fruit the one cake i inoculated from spores, make prints and start over.
