Bluish Spot On cake

A cake i perused that I flipped a lil over a week ago seems to have a blue spot towards what was the top of the cake which now is the bottom since the jars were flipped. The spot appeared overnight as it wasnt there yesterday, its blue, kinda like a blueish green but more blue, its very small the size of maybe a pea if not smaller, the jars appear to have enough moisture, it borders the vermiculite layer and the mycelial growth.... No other jars have this coloring. The cake is growing like mad, lots of strong rhizo growth, but the spot is there... is this bruising or more like contam?

just to clarify all jars are tinfoiled over and were pressure cooked for 50 mins..

probably bruising, but watch it, if it grows chuck it

Thanks Ill keep an eye out... is it possible for mycelium to overtake a contam?
