Fallen cakes in flipped jars

Two of my cakes have dropped from the bottom of the jars (flipped jars) and are now sitting on the polyfil lids. Should i turn them (or the others) back over (before the cakes drop)? I noticed dis-coloration were one cake hit the polyfill plug so i removed the lid in a glove box to take a look. I think its just bruising since it is very blue but im still worried that i may contaminate all my jars by leaving them upsidedown, what should i do? Does it look like it may be contamination? Thanks for any advice.
