Lemme tell you about a pretty unpleasant experience I had this morning. Actually it was this afternoon, I started to dose off while listening to music when I suddenly became paralyzed (this happens fairly often), so anyway I closed my eyes (blinking is the only thing I can do in this state) with the intention of relaxing myself, which usually brings me out of the paralysis. That didn't happen, instead I felt these pretty intense body sensations, like I was being lifted up, opened my eyes to find I was looking down at a shelf (which incidently is attached to a wall about 4 feet up from my paralyzed body).

Next thing I new, I was in the bathroom (but still in bed and aware and still trying to un-paralyze myself), and this is where it starts to get a bit "odd". There is a figure there in the bathroom, a female, although I didn't look at "her" face because I was too frightened that she was going to look fucking terrifying. And she's tickling my armpits. I am not making this up. Very fucking annoying when there's not a damn thing I could do about it. What happens next I don't really want to go into because it is within the realms of sexual assault... Anyway, after some time (probably about 2 - 3 minutes) I suddenly stopped being paralyzed, stood up, and loudly exclaimed "WHAT THE FUCK?!".
To recap, a thorougly strange experience that I can't even begin to explain. Bottom line, I think i'm going insane.

So this afternoon I was laying face down on my bed. I usually never take naps but I was just so friggen' tired today.
So I'm laying there for a while and I start to go into that in-between state of sleep and wake where you start up a really quick dream, but its real easy to wake-up from it.
I was walking around the dream pretty aware that it was a dream, Which is unusual for me seeing as I really never go lucid during dreams, I do however remember my dreams very well enough so that they?ll put me in moods for enter days where the feelings I had during the dreams are constantly with me.
I went into some bathroom filled with many people, male and female. No one was naked but most people did not have shirts on?. The whole place gets filled up and everyone starts pushing into me like cattle..
--- The key point in all of this is that the sensation is so damn real. I?ve had conversation with people that say you can?t feel things in dreams but I feel stuff all the time. The other week I woke up from a dream, but I swear to everything that exists that I was awake and not dreaming ? Like I said before I don?t go Lucid in dream --- but I swear it was the most real dream and I?m still wondering about it and I don?t think I?ll ever forget that experience?
Back to today?s dream -- The feeling of arms and flesh pushing against me as a tried to move around was intense. At this point I go paralyzed and fall to my knees and lay forward. I can analyzes what?s going on and at first I say to myself, ? Wow it feels so weird to be paralyzed, because all my emotions are reaching as hard as they can to stand up and my body is not responding? That?s when someone started wrapping my arms behind me and that?s when I had enough of this shit and I woke myself up?
It was the feeling of force that was so profound in the dream ? the manipulation of my arms behind me and the feeling of peoples shoulders and for arms pushing against my was so real
A while ago there was another time when I just found myself in a completely dark place where I was lying face down ? When I tried to stand up I went through that whole twister ride of realizing everything inside of my desires wanted to stand up and absolutely nothing of my body would move? Thankfully I woke up?. It?s to bad some people never have that option

You had an astral projection, some times it could be freighting especially because you don't know what it is happening, next time try to relax and don't panic, to move is not easy is more like thinking to move, I can't move that well either when it happens, I just float like a bubble.
I never so any one, out but I heard voices like little children but very spooky they were singing happy birthday to me (I am not making this thing up).

Hey, could be a couple of things going on....one whenever you sleep your brain goes into a state where a chemical signal is sent to your body to keep it from moving around and being injured while you dream...this could explain the paralysis.
As far as the woman.....if this was an unpleasant experience that seemed very real and which affected you emotionally even after waking up....then you "could" be dealing with a spirit or entity of some kind.....understand that this is only one possibilty.
Was the dream in color or black and white/blueish or brownish?
Color would indicate an astral experience while the blueish or brownish would probably be etheric.
You are more likely to encounter a "spirit" in the astral and an entity in the etheric.....but this is only a guideline....not a hard and fast rule.....
