I myself don't assume anything about anyone on the basis of their skin colour (according to you, you do, which is basically the definition of racism). And I speak of cultural differences as if they are a past event? They are. I don't identify with what happened to my people in the past, because I didn't experience it myself.
Fix my own culture? I don't claim to be a part of a group.... my only culture is what has happened to me in my life, my own individual tendencies. I don't find barriers between people anymore, I'm of the human race. That's what I think. It doesn't bother me that, according to what you have said, you are a racist, because that is your hangup. I live my own life.
My stance on Affirmative Action? Hmm... affirmative action.... isn't that where no one can be denyed a job or office based on color, age, etc. etc.? Well, since (like I said several times now), I do not judge a person by their colour; I only recognize the fact that they are a different colour. So, I guess, by default, I am all for it. I think a job should be filled by the person who best fits the requirements.
Coincidently, what are your views on Affirmative Action? I'm curious, because you hold a racial predijuce agansit white people...How can you make these distinctions and at the same time not be biased in your decision to hire people?

according to "geneticists" (or anthropologists....) there is no such thing as genetic race. race is not based on your genes, it's the way you think, behave, understand the world, the way you move, the way you look. in other words, a social construct.

are you familiar with the "out of Africa" theory?
it states that humanity began in Africa, and all races are a result of migrations out of africa.
the first migration (70,000 years ago) was to Austrailia (Which was connected to asia at the time due to the ice age and the seas being lower). those people became the Aborigiones
about ten thousand years later there was a second migration to india
out of the indian migration there was a group that went even further and settled in asia.
out of the asian migration there were two groups that migrated further. one went to europe and the other crossed the bering strait into america.
this was all tracked by anthropologists and geneticists using racial genetic markers as guides.
i learned all this from an episode of NOVA on PBS. great show!

BTW (and FYI), from a biological standpoint (the dictionary definition is muddled): black, white, asian, indian... these are all STRAINS rather than RACES (aka subspecies). There is only one race of humans (currently).
