Cultivating mushrooms...

alright i am completely new at this, so im wondering...
-what exactly is cultivation?
-what is the process?
-what does it do to the mushrooms? (does it make them stronger? higher trip?)
-when you buy shrooms from a dealer (that arent fresh) have they cultivated them or just dried them out (or are those the same thing)
-are mushrooms poisones after being cultivated?

also does anybody have any pics of cultivated mushrooms? i can only find the fresh ones in the gallery :frown:

Cultivation is a method of indoctrination in to this mush cult.

You grow the mushroom, you eat the mushroom, as soon as they start working a representative from the shroomery will arrive with the appropriate paperwork to sign.

Any shroom you have grown has been cultivated,It will not make it poisonous.
Shrooms from a dealer that are dry have been cultivated and dried.
Correct growing methods and understanding of what the shroom requires will make it stronger

When you grow weed out the back you are "cultivating marijuana". :smirk:

What make you think they are going to kill you, Cubes are less toxic than alcohol, amphetamines, most things

the only thing im concerned about is if the dealer didnt know what he/she was doing...ill make sure i get it from a good source, but still, even then i'd like to be sure.

There is nothing to fear but fear itself, But if you do die that would be one hell of a trip.

The only thing a crappy shroom dealer would do is have weak shrooms and rip you off on the price.
If they are so fucked up that they sell poison shrooms that aren't cubes they should be shot  :minigun:

um nope, don't know what they look like yet because I have not been able to get ahold of anybody :frown: but as soon as i get them I will take a pic and post it. god im paranoid, but it would make my trip alot better if i had somebody who knows about shrooms to take a look at them.

so do you get a better trip off of the dried ones or the fresh ones?

Where are you?

Fresh shrooms will have more active material but you have to eat more because 98% of the weight is water.
Mushrooms that have been dried and stored properly should have about the same amount of active material maybe a little less.
You don't have to eat as much because the water is gone.
IMO dry is better.

do you think you could handle growing them??

fuck that...not at this point anyways...i think i would feel more comfortable eating them if i grew them myself though. but im not really into having a fungus grow in my house lol.

majurd the kid who deals shrooms here grows them his-self ( I don't recommend sale as that's some serious jail time if caught) and even told me how easy they are to grow (he uses PF method and I have gotten to about a level 3 edge of 4 with 3g of his dried).

IMO with any drug it pays to know your dealer. It's good to have a dealer who does the shit. At least this way you know yer not getting something laced or fucked with.

Grow your own. just enough for you and a few friends no wholesale operation.
If you grow your own then at least you know what went into making them and you know they are not poisonous.

If you think about it, it's best to grow your own.  Your spending a lot for something you could make an endless supply of for free. 

I recommend trying a trusted person's shrooms first to see if you like it.  You may hate it.

One thing tho.  Don't go into it all anxious and shit it will make you're trip horrid.

Go into it like "fuck this is gonna be cool" and chill and watch a movie or listen to "White Rabbit" and "Comfortably Numb" 25x in a row like some people do  :rolleyes:

lol i was planning on family guy dvds and perhaps alice in wonderland, maybe some bjork (that would be a trip) and radiohead. we have my girlfriends house to ourselves...it'll be fun.
