First time cultivating- what can i expect?

Hello All- I'm brand new to cultivating mushrooms. I have PF spores and the equipment listed in the Magic mushroom Grower's Guide.
My question is: what can I expect my first time? If I follow the instuctions carefully and I use a humidifier, are my chances for successful cultivation good?
Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
Thank you guys very much and I look forward to hearing from you and sharing thoughts with you.

Just follow the instructions and your chances of success are great. PF tek/MMGG is quite easy.

Hopefully SHROOMS...heh
Just be real clean and you'll be fine. Beside's no matter how clean you are there's always MURPHY'S LAW. So what can you do about it if it happends anyway! The best tip i can give you is......hmmmm!........don't rush things. It happens fast but let them go at their own pace. Good Luck!

Actually, I stole this one about 6-7 months ago from this site, someone said they tried that "dunk tek" when hippie was pushing it big time and that's what happened. LOL

I sugest U case with strait verm (your fully colinized cakes) yes I know it is your first time and, alot is said about fruiting from cakes before U Addvance into casing. From my personal journeys with growing I have allways had troubles getting cakes to fruit, but when I STARTED CASSING i got great results the first time. But go with what U feal at ease with. This is just a suggestion.GOOD LUCK AND,MAY THE SHROOM GODS BE WITH U......

i had moderate success the first time i tried using the shroom wizard grow guide. i have since quit using casings and started fruiting straight from cakes. yeild probably isn't as high but i get as many as i need and it's alot less hassle. there are many more steps with casing and i had lots of contam problems. i'll stick with birthing cakes.

Use the inner resivour tek. You make the wet substrate and load it in to the jar then poke the center with a pen to make a "resivoir". fill it with dry verm. then innocultae annd birth as usual. you'll get a fruiting that will equal any casing or so i've read . . .

Hi,guys.Pardon me for chiming in. Trying to get the hang of this site. I am brand new to it and this hobby.I tried posting some pics of a fruiting chamber I made for all you goods folks evaluation but couldnt seem to attach them. Anyway, just uesterday I spored some PF Tek cakes with redspores, got those for free so I figured I'd use them as my trail run. The ones I ordered are Dancing Tiger. My cakes are BRF,Vermiculite and a little corn grits and wheat germ. Hope to hear from one of you or a bunch would be better. This little experiment excites me and I'm anxious to learn more. Peace.
