I was doing some more reading on meditation earlier. following I wen't outside for a cancer stick, everything seemed normal but my head felt clearer than it had been lately. I have learned of a big mistake i have been making in regards to healing my chakra's. it just dawned on me that I have been drawing myself away from my spirit to try to heal my chakra's by stopping meditation, it seems so simple now to me and probably to you but lately i have been very confused. I also learned that even though i had good intentions in meditation from the start, i had been going about certain things wrong like drawing on my chakra's and Kundalini at inapropriate times for that high that i got. I have learned a grave lesson here about the power of god, my spirit, consciousness and the ego. I have decided to meditate tonight using the power of light energy(love of ones self through acceptance of faults, every human is the image of you and god, and love all of gods creations of the seven days ). I will use the produced light energy, if god allows it, to heal my chakra's and kundalini so they may be better used for the ultimate purpose. WoRdS oF WiSdOm: if you lose sight, just stop and listen.
