Experiment in saving bacterial rye.

I have some jars of rye w/ bacterial bloom. I am going to empty the jars into a strainer. Dip them into a sol'n of %10 H2O2, drain them, and return them to their jars. I will update results when they happen.

I had good results on dunking contaminated cakes in H2O2 solution, my experience is with BRF cakes though, also i never tried to salvage any of them from bacterial contam, only sporulating contams.

BTW, i have abused on the H2O2:H2O ratio two times, i used a 3:9 of 10% H2O2 on for 24h dunk, mycellium resisted, contam not.
