cake to grain transfer

i have 11 1/4 pints colonizing right now. strain is p.c. b+ (multispore inoculation from t.h.e.). i would like to use these jars to colonize some quarts of wheat berries (i can't get rye berries around here for some weird reason), but i have a few questions:

how do you prepare wheat berries? can they be prepared the same way as rye? i.e. add 210g water, 200g rye and 1/4 tsp qypsum to quart jar- let sit for 24 hours then pressure cook at 15psi for 70 minutes? is the formula exactly the same?

once the wheat berries are sterlized- what is the best way to add the 1/4 pints to them? i was planning on adding 1 1/4 pint to each quart. i was going to crumble the cakes- then open the quarts jars one by one and dump the colonized, crumbled cake in. obviously i would try my best to be sterile- washing up- using alcohol on my hands to handle jars, crumble cakes, etc. is this enough? do i need to be more sterile? should i do this in the draft of the oven (oven tek)? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

thanks man! i knew somebody had to have done this before. you know what the formula is for wheat berries? is it the same as rye? the formula i used for a quart of rye is 200g rye, 210g water, 1/4 tsp of gypsum. you have experience with worm castings? check out my other posts if ya do. thanks again.
